The turnover figure was that for the calendar year 2019 or, where a business was established after 1 January 2019, it is their estimated annual turnover. • Glory was incorporated 19 October 2010 and began trading in August 2011. • Accounts for the year ended October 2019 show turnover of £97,241 and were signed by Miss Olawuni on 10 March 2020. • On 12 May 2020, Miss Olawuni applied for a BBL of £50,000 on behalf of Glory stating a turnover of £210,000. • Glory received the BBL funds of £50,000 on 15 May 2020. • Glory entered liquidation on 17 June 2024. • At liquidation, Glory had total liabilities of £44,304 of which £44,027 related to the outstanding BBL.
