Conduct: Nermin Deomic (“Mr Deomic”) failed to ensure that Front Rock Limited (“Rock”) complied with its statutory obligations to file returns and make payments to H M Revenue & Customs (“HMRC”) in full when due and caused Rock to trade to the detriment of HMRC from at least 7 July 2015 in respect of Corporation Tax (CT”) and VAT. At Liquidation HMRC were owed £221,436. CT

  • Amounts totalling £1,000 have been paid and assigned to the year ended 30 November 2012 VAT
  • Assessed liabilities totalling £77,498 are outstanding for the quarters ended 05/15, 08/15, 11/15, 02/16, 05/16, 08/16, 11/16, 02/17, 05/17 and 08/17
  • Due to late submission of returns surcharges totalling £3,531 are outstanding for the quarters ended 05/16, 08/16, 11/16, 02/17 and 05/17
