Monster Time made payments totalling £223 towards its VAT liabilities, with the last payment being made on 10 April 2018, resulting in an outstanding amount owed of £72,208. • Accounts for the year ending 31 October 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 show liabilities to HMRC increasing each year of £55,492, £61,462, £88,24 and £107,561 respectively. • Accounts for the year ending 31 October 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 show an outstanding DLA, owed by Ms Mills to Monster Time, increasing each year of £38,157, £48,898, £67,323 and £80,544 respectively. • Statements for Monster Time’s bank account for the period 01 November 2021 to 20 October 2023 record payments into the account totalling £138,735 and debits from the account totalling £143,196. In the same period, HMRC received payments totalling £358 in respect of a Corporation Tax payment. • HMRC submitted a total claim in the liquidation of £146,689 consisting of £72,498 VAT (including surcharges and penalties), £69,589 for Corporation Tax (including penalties & interest) and £4,601 for PAYE/NIC. At Liquidation, creditors total £153,828 comprising £146,689 to HMRC, £6,283 to bank and £856 for professional fees.
