On the 27 June 2016 MONAVON was sentenced to fines of £250,000 in respect of the first Corporate Manslaughter offence, £250,000 in respect of the second Corporate Manslaughter offence and £50,000 in respect of the breach of Health & Safety regulations plus a victim surcharge of £120 and a reward order of £500. Thereafter on the 19 May 2017 the company entered Liquidation.
