Thereafter he failed to use all the economic benefit of the business, contrary to the terms of the loan. Furthermore in December 2021, whilst insolvent, he obtained two loans totalling £20,000 which he had no reasonable expectation of repaying and used £13,500 for non-essential expenditure. All the loans, which accounted for the majority of his deficiency, remained outstanding upon bankruptcy in March 2022.
