Conduct: I failed to comply with the legislative requirements under the Pensions Act 2008 in that; From 5th July 2015 until July 2024, I traded as Hawes Lane Surgery as a Medical Practice Manager. Hawes Lane surgery was enrolled in the 2015 NHS Pension Scheme. I failed to pay pensions contributions deducted from employees salary into the pension scheme from August 2019. During the periods from August 2019 to December 2020 and June 2023 to June 2024 pension contributions deductions made from employees salary totalled £25,170.42. The employer’s contributions for the same period totalled £51,697.76. Payments (including under a repayment plan made with the NHS Pension Schemes) in respect of those periods totalled £1,722.63. At the date of the Bankruptcy Order the shortfall remaining £75,146.
