| Individual Insolvencies by Region Statistics for total individual insolvencies, bankruptcy orders, debt relief orders and individual voluntary arrangements in England & Wales by geographical areas, down to the equivalent of local authority level, were published by the Insolvency Service on 16th May 2012. The Statistics Release can be viewed here: Regional Individual Insolvency Statistics 2000 to 2011. These statistics provide new figures for calendar years 2010 and 2011, and a time series back to 2000. They show the number of new cases and rate per 10,000 adult population for each Government Office Region, County, Unitary Authority and County District.
