The latest National Statistics on insolvencies produced by The Insolvency Service (an Executive Agency of BIS) are released on 2nd November 2012 according to the arrangements approved by the UK Statistics Authority.  

Statistics on quarterly insolvencies for the UK are published for the period from Q1 2002 up to Q3 2012 and include headline figures for England and Wales covering personal insolvencies, made up of bankruptcies, individual voluntary arrangements (IVAs) and debt relief orders (DROs), and company liquidations, consisting of compulsory liquidations and creditors voluntary liquidations (CVLs) 

These statistics report on the period July to September 2012 and update those previously released on 3rd August.
