The latest National Statistics on insolvencies produced by The Insolvency Service (an Executive Agency of BIS) are released on 5th August 2011 according to the arrangements approved by the UK Statistics Authority. Statistics on quarterly insolvencies for the UK are published for the period from Q1 2001 up to Q2 2011 and include headline figures for England and Wales covering personal insolvencies, made up of bankruptcies, individual voluntary arrangements (IVAs) and debt relief orders (DROs), and company liquidations, consisting of compulsory liquidations and creditors voluntary liquidations (CVLs) These statistics report on the period April to June 2011 and update those previously released on 6th May.
