The following is a summary of those debts that were considered to have preferential status where an insolvency petition was presented prior to 15 September 2003.
It should be noted that those preferential debts detailed in Part 4 are also preferential for cases made in relation to an insolvency order made on a petition presented prior to 15 September 2013.
