If you have a general enquiry relating to insolvency or to The Insolvency Service, you can contact the Insolvency Enquiry Line on 0845 602 9848. They will answer your call between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Alternatively, you can fill out this form which will be sent to the Insolvency Enquiry Line who will reply to your enquiry within 15 working days.

The enquiry line is not staffed overnight, on weekends or public holidays. Enquiries sent at these times will be received on the next working day.

Please note: The Insolvency Enquiry Line cannot provide legal or financial advice. You should seek this from an advice centre such as Citizens Advice Bureau, a solicitor, a qualified accountant, an authorised insolvency practitioner, a licensed conveyancer or reputable financial adviser.
